The Port Arthur Police Association is the local affiliate of the Combined Law Enforcement Associations of Texas (CLEAT), the largest police union in the state with more than 20,000 statewide members. The local Association represents the 120+ members of the Port Arthur Police Department. We work and live in the local community and continually strive to make the community a safer place for ourselves and our children.
